As an undergrad at UCLA, Erica studied Philosophy with concentrations in Ethics and Metaphysics, and Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. This inspired her to pursue graduate studies through the UCLA International Institute. As a first year M.A. student in African Studies, she focuses on issues surrounding International Development and the International Political Economy. Currently, Erica is also an editor and writer for The Generation. In the future, she plans to continue on to a doctoral program, and hopes to ultimately balance a career in the private sector with one in academia.
