Noelle is currently in her fourth year at University of California, Los Angeles studying International Development. Her passions include gender and development, the role of women in armed conflict and peacebuilding, and access to education in conflict zones and refugees camps. She has spent two summers in Turkey as part of intensive language programs through the U.S. Department of State. On campus, Noelle is involved as managing editor for FEM Newsmagazine. After graduation, she hopes to pursue a career in journalism or Foreign Service. In her spare time, Noelle enjoys reading fiction, discovering new restaurants and cheering on Liverpool FC.
